The best Children's Hospital that I am very familiar with
Last time i checked it was a doctors offices job to call and verify insurance and procedures before an appointment right? Well not according to cook childrens managers admission desk and patient advocates. No apparently I have to do their job for them. I have requested for 6 months now to update my insurance and they have yet to do it. Tomorrow I celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday. This wouldn't be possible without the amazing staff at cook childrens. She started her journey at cook prosper and was taken via ambulance to cook childrens in fort worth for emergency surgery. They saved her life.
