Our stay at the hospital was great! They took VERY GOOD CARE OF US! 5NT! Janet welcomed us. She make us feel comfortable, loving, caring I could go on and on about her. Thank you Janet!! Took my five week old in. They forgot to feed her ... Need I say more? Nurses were rude and lacked all empathy. Doctors were confused and refused to do anything. DO NOT GO!!! They do not care about you or your child. They are just there for a pay check ... Literally what I heard I nurse.
From the Surgery Preparation video they sent to the incredible bedside manner to actual procedure and the wagon ride to the car, each part of our experience was incredible. Every person we interacted with was so amazing and created such a pleasant atmosphere for both our daughter and ourselves as parents. They helped relieve our worries, kept us updated, and gave our daughter peace and confidence so that she wasn't scared at all. Thank you!
My family had an incredible experience at Cook Children’s Hospital. Our daughter went to ICU, and from the moment we arrived at ICU, we were surrounded by compassionate, skilled, and attentive Nurses and Doctors. The doctors and nurses in the PICU were absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, experienced and thorough in explaining every step. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cook Children’s Medical Center and the incredible staff who cared for us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with so much kindness, compassion, and understanding.
