I was surprised to see Cooks Prosper had such a low rating with Google reviews. My son had surgery there on February 25th. He is only 4. This was my first time having a child under anesthesia. I was incredibly nervous but trying to be brave for my boy. We arrived at 7:30am - 15 minutes before our scheduled time. We checked in and signed consent forms and paid. Everyone was professional and very accommodating. Thank you Dr Clay, Brian (the nurse) and Maxine (the registration staff) and the office manager for assisting with our medication.

Doctors and nurses were excellent and professional. Unfortunately, the billing department was not. I was forced to pay 60% of my maximum out-of-pocket cost up front on the day of surgery—or else I was told I would be sent home. Afterward, when I received the bill for the remaining 40%, I asked for a payment plan to pay it off over 12 months. This is a very reasonable offer that almost every other hospital would accept immediately.
