If I could do 0 stars I would. Got a call that it was my sons turn to have his blood drawn, we were back in the lab within 1 minute, let the front desk know we were there. Then they proceeded to make us wait TWO HOURS. When we asked what was going on they said “we left you a voicemail” I said yes and I came immediately and told you we were here. The only place my kids will get blood work. Love their patience and all the tools they use to keep them calm.
It is worth the drive if your child is afraid of needles.
As someone who works in the hospital amd know the protocol. It should not take over 10 minutes to drop off labeled samples.
Outpatient Lab. Have been here since 12, my daughters name disappeared from the que, and the check-in station told us the system was glitching. It's 2 and everyone keeps getting called back except for us. They are not helpful.
