I love Cook Children’s system from the great experience we had with my youngest son’s surgery years ago. However, when our doctor referred us to Cook Children’s Mansfield Cardiology for my other son, there was a small snafu with the scheduling. Alex called me back after hours and worked with me on the phone until we had a solution all were satisfied with. Dr Pilgrim is solid. Enjoyed meeting him yesterday. It is such a blessing to be cared for by all of Cook’s Pediatric Cardiology - regardless of location or age.
We had to get my 16 yr old son checked out for a possible heart condition. Dr. Anna M Venardos was fantastic - so was the rest of the staff. From check-in, to vitals, to seeing the cardiologist, we were treated with wonderful care. We were able to get in and out in under an hour and we were seen exactly at our appointment time (no waiting in the waiting room).
