Thank you so much to Dr. Catherine Moore and the RNs who assisted my son and l today. Right before being referred out Dr.Moore stepped up and said she could help and do the procedure. She had amazing bed side manner and made my son feel calm about a painful situation. Thank you so much listening and talking us through everything and getting my son out of pain. He was in pain for so long. I thank you, my son thanks you and his big toes thank you lol God bless you.
Front desk people was very rude urgent care sent me to them to get blood work done turns out I have to check in and sit there and wait after I had already been waiting at the urgent care for hours. I asked for a school note would not give me a school note. Did not do anything for my son. The urgent care said they were gonna do something for him and did nothing but tell me to check in and wait after I had already been waiting at the urgent care for hours just for them to tell me to go next-door
Excellent experience. Sara B - Child Life Specialist was fantastic with talking through what was happening to my son. Two triage nurses were great, not dismissive at all. Dr was caring. Felt cared for when we were there. I did not have the same experience at Cook's urgent care across the street.
