I hate that this is what kids care has come to, a JOB! 9 and 10 hour waits for nothing! They wouldn’t even give my child water stating they had to see what was wrong first the nurse never showed up! And the PA listened to what I said and diagnosed her with what I said she had! I’m tired of going here! Bet they still gone bill the Insurance as if it was top notch service!
Emergency visits are just not a fun time, but this hospital makes it bearable for the kids. They were very thorough in their testing and took my concerns for kid very seriously, and they never dismissed any questions or concerns I had. I love that they provide a child specialist who works with the kids to help them understand what is going on. We are from Tennessee and was visiting for spring break when my 3 year old got really sick. If i could give this hospital 10 stars i would. Everyone was so nice and took really good care of my child. We was only in the waiting room 5-10 minutes before they got us back. They was very thorough with her. She ended up having pneumonia and was admitted to the 6th floor for observation overnight and I dont have anything bad to say about anyone. They treated her like a princess. Very thankful for everyone who seen my child.
TERRIBLE!!!! I sat in a very crowded waiting room with my very sick 4yo son for over 4hrs, and then sat for another hr in our room before even seeing anyone. I'm not sure who the staff were that worked in the waiting room area (3/10/2025; between 7pm-10:30pm) but they either need new training or replacing because their service towards the patients was horrendous. I also don't appreciate Tucker, Kristi Elizabeth, APRN, FNP completely ignoring and disregarding my concerns about my son's health. I feel like she literally did th... read more
