Took my 8 week old daughter in for a tongue tie and lip tie evaluation. She was ravenous by the time she needed to go in (she wasn't allowed to nurse for 2 hours prior) and they got her back very quickly which I appreciated because she was very upset. The nurse and doctor were both fantastic in their evaluation of her and bedside manner. They did the procedure that day, and were quick and efficient. I recently took my son to see Dr. McClay at the ENT office, and despite some of the negative reviews I had read beforehand, our experience was genuinely positive. We were referred by our pediatrician—someone I trust completely with my son’s health—so we decided to move forward, and I’m very glad we did. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a pediatric ENT doctor and their front office staff. If you value your time, or simple basic respect, do not go here. During our first visit, we were made to wait for over an hour in the lobby with no updates, no apologies, and no sense of responsibility from the clinic. They clearly have no regard for patients’ time. We waited and waited, watching others walk in and get seen before us, and it was obvious that managing appointments efficiently is not their priority.
