Absolutely horrible.. no respect of time whatsoever. Why even set an appointment if you are not going to see patients for an hour after they arrive?
I have been bringing my son to see Dr. Baktha since he was 8 months old. Today was our first appointment where we spent less than an hour in the office. We were seen quickly and had another great experience with the doctor. The issue with this office is communication and wait time. This was the first appointment that I did not have to call to verify the time/date as I received a reminder call the week before. Always a positive experience with Dr. Clay and the supporting staff members. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is warm and professional.
My son failed his hearing test, so i chose Cooks thinking top notch, for his care. Let me tell you, i tried to call couple of days prior to confirm and directions. Would you believe I kept getting “please hold”, or they would transfer me to the Frisco location, and was put on hold again. I called again this am prior to appointment, and the same thing.
