Cook Bros Construction built 3 homes for me personally and they turned out better than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home built or land developed!
I had a project with egress windows/ new windows plus where I was remote and on site for part of it. I felt very comfortable through the whole project. My home is older and presented some non cookie cutter approaches and issues. Rob was a great communicator and worked great through the entire process. They aim to please. In a time where only the largest projects seem to get the most attention, I was impressed that my project mattered. Rob hires good people that are a pleasure to have on site. Highly recommended.
Rusty Cook and his team just completed a 1000 sf addition to our home and we couldn't be happier. Rusty knew exactly what was going on daily and he make sure our needs were addressed daily. Quality materials and workmanship! You can't go wrong with Cook Brothers.
We bought a Cook Brothers home 3 years ago and we've had issues with low quality materials and diminishing durability ever since. When we asked Rusty Cook to do the right thing and fix the shoddy installation of the stacked stone falling off the front of our house, he ignored us outright and refused to acknowledge the problem. They throw these houses together quickly and they're not built to last. We plan to move when we can.
