I want to publicly address a significant miscommunication that occurred between our business and Cook's Brothers regarding a brick delivery, which unfortunately led to a negative Google review on my part. After further discussion, I realized the miscommunication was entirely on our end, not theirs, and I have since removed my poor review. Walked in and was immediately helped. Kristin was SO nice and knew exactly what I needed. I don’t think I would have ever been able to finish the job if it weren’t for her. The prices are fair and the service is FAST.
Horrible service. Daughter of the owner has been giving us the run around for days on a product we've tried to order last week. Incapable of delivering to property, for the excuse of "He hasn't had time to drive out and view the property, to determine if the bricks can be delivered." It's not common practice to inspect properties for delivery physically, especially when they were told they would be able to access the property in a semi-truck.
