I’ve had a very poor experience with this location. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week, and no one answers the phone. When someone does finally pick up, they either transfer me to the wrong extension or the call is disconnected entirely. This kind of customer service is unacceptable — it’s nearly impossible to get basic communication from them.
