A great business model. You cannot beat talking with the mechanic who is doing the work, particularly, when John is very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I liked the honest, tell it like it is approach, with only the work that is required done (following approval), while explaining what to keep an eye on in the future. John's work is faultless, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even rotated tyres so there would be no confusion about which ones needed replacing, and graciously dropped off the car. John of Cook Automotive has serviced both mine and my husband’s cars for the past few years. Can’t recommend him highly enough - trustworthy, experienced, great communicator and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend John's Repair. He is an excellent mechanic and a nice and easy-going person.
