Shout out to Cook Auto Service. We continually use Cook Auto Service for all our car maintenance and repair. They continue to offer excellent customer service, professionalism, quick turn around and great care. I appreciate their honesty and quality of work!!
Honest and fair
These guys took advantage of my employee. I ran the entire job cost based on their hourly rate and it came out to 800 dollars. They quoted him 1600 on top of a 300 dollar diagnostic fee. As a business owner I want to support small business but people who take advantage of people just really gets to me. They can quote whatever they want that’s fine but to then charge him an insane diagnostic fee on top of an outrageous quote is simply wrong.
Made my 13y/o mini van in good running condition. Place is so convenient to my house.
