I was a tenant at a property Kelly Cook was hired by landlords to sell in early 2025. They lived in Canada and found him online. It was a pretty disappointing experience for all of us. He showed up more than an hour late for the initial scheduled appointment window without any notice. I told him he has missed the entire window I had blocked from my work and had to rearrange meetings. He clearly did not like that and made his way in anyway.
