I would like to share my experience with the online sales team at Cooke and Bathe. I ordered a heated towel rail ladder from the online store, which unfortunately arrived damaged. Prices were good and lots of choice offered. However, what made it special was Ritika, from online sales, who supplied exceptional service and dedication in assisting me with the supply of tapware. Her extensive knowledge of the parts required was second to none.
Purchased Franke Mythos tap. It is not two toned. Your images have been modified and are highly misleading. And no, it’s not a variation due to screen differences. It’s an expensive tap. Do better. Where is the review I left on your website? Disrespecting your customers seems to be a consistent theme.
