had Brad install a new furnace for me. happy with the work everything was fine. asked a year ago for service on our AC, very busy. after several calls and promises to come out I gave up this spring tried again and asked him to look at our furnace it was acting up. again several calls and no response at all... finally called Handy Bros and they were prompt found the problem to be the combustion chambers on a unit that wasn't 5 years old. Brad is an incredible buisness man. Had a snow storm with state of emergency. No traffic was coming through. Brad (with his usual care for his customers) must have hitched a ride in on Santas Sled. Fixed my furnace in a Jiff. This man is above board compared to most local buisnesses. I would recommend Brad over other local heating and cooling companys.
Our furnace stopped working on the eve of the Christmas snowstorm. I was worried we would be without heat going into the holidays because the storm was getting worse by the hour, but Brad showed up when he said he would. Upon inspection, it looked like i needed a part that was difficult to come by due to the brand of the furnace. Brad went out during a state of emergency in some of the worst weather we've had, located the part, and got the job done.
