The staff were super accommodating. Unfortunately they don’t work with 3rd party warranty so I was concerned I’d have to pay again for another diagnostic at a separate repair shop that works with 3rd party warranty, but they were kind enough let me go free of charge. For that i’d recommend the shop, very genuine and trustworthy workers

This place is truly top notch. I'm new to the area and was looking for a place to service my Kia and decided it check this place out. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and listened to my description of the issue with my car. A technician rode with me on test drive in my vehicle to pinpoint the issue and worked to diagnose it. After some thorough analysis, it was concluded that the issue needed to be addressed by a Kia dealership and so I was not charged anything at all for the 3-hour assessment. Shady people took my jeep in for a young kid to buy my 98 jeep Cherokee came back & said my head gasket was bad lol no hydrocarbons no bubbling coolant from the over flow can let this thing idle for hours with A/C full blast all the proof they showed me was this paper saying the hydrocarbons were 295 lol . Then that my rear differential has medal shavings when you need to completely remove the differential cover to inspect oil, theses guys don’t know a damn thing clearly just a oil change place and that’s it stay away lol
Very knowledgeable about the CAP program - which pays up to $1,450 state money to repair smog systems.
