Poor service, low-quality apartment, but fine location! The flat itself was okay, but overall mediocre quality (eg no shower curtain). The staff were extremely unhelpful. After more than 30 hours of travel, I arrived to find no electricity due to city maintenance work, which I was informed about when on the plane. No assistance or alternative accommodation was offered, and I had to sort everything out myself. No discount, no compensation, even the apology came after interacting with the customer service. Surprisingly, we liked the stay in this place, even though it was dirty, as described by others in the reviews. Room has everything you might need. Lots of storage areas, shelves and huge wardrobe. Everything you need in a kitchen. Good strong shower. Fan. Iron for clothes. Great strong airconditioning, even though it hasn't been cleaned for ages. Comfy beds. In general, the room was clean, except drawers, under the beds and aircon.
Had a most enjoyable and welcoming stay. Got there after getting here for NYE Fireworks in Sydney the night before and hadn't slept all night lol The staff their saw me and realised I was a bit early and got me all sorted out and into a room which I'm ever grateful. Avoid this place when you can..Our experienced was bad😡...Booked here 2 weeks ago,when time to check in, the room wasn't ready and had to wait for 2 hrs. no waiting area,no chair and have to sit down on the staircase.The worst is while having a rest, the aircondition was so noisy and when we open is full of dust,just like haven't been clean for a year or more.The ceiling vent in the toilet there's mold and there's a vent in the ceiling where the bed,moldy too and the veranda so dirty too.Photos added ....never booked this p... read more
Stayed for 3 nights during the heatwave, heat pump/cooling gave up at 2.30am on 2nd night. Phoned the help number 3 times but nothing was done. Room was very compact! Couldnt brush teeth in basin as it was too small. Also pretty dirty. Lots of mould in shower and on walls and the soles of my feet were constantly dirty from walking on the floor and deck.
