Room very small. Bed on casters- impossible to sit up and read or watch TV without the great abyss opening between bed and wall. No alternative seating. Only one bedside table. Appalling communication regarding check-in and any other issues. Unable to brush teeth or shave in bathroom due to small sink and obstructive mirror cabinet. Traffic noise ++++, also internal noise from other guests in stairs- front door needs more insulation. Toilet seat broken- slid 45 degrees when sat on. Beautiful apartment with everything we need.
This accommodation is disgusting. Floors and surfaces not cleaned.
Our experience was really bad from the start. It took us nearly 40 minutes to get in touch with customer service, only to find out our booking hadn't even been processed. The keypad access to the rooms was also terrible; we had to try at least four times before it would work. The worst part was having to stand outside in the cold at 10 p.m. while trying to solve the problem.
Perfect for a short stay! Coogee Studio Apartments had everything I needed - a handy kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and small fridge. Compact but well-equipped and comfortable. Would happily stay again
