Sadly, I've had a very poor experience of customer service at this medical centre. I had booked a telehealth appointment for results of an important scan and blood test, however only given half of the results. I had then emailed to politely request if the other half could be sent, however received no response. I sent a second follow up email with again, no response. Excellent service, very prompt appointment at a time which suited me. Very helpful reception staff and the GP was extremely friendly and understanding of my needs.

I telephoned the practice to inquire if they provided a particular service, the receptionist was unsure and suggested I email and she would forward it to the medical practitioners. I received a phone call from Sue (practice manager perhaps?) Although the service was not available at the practice she was so kind, understanding and generous with her time it’s prompted this review even though I’m not an existing patient. How I was treated was exemplary.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice. The reception staff were extremely rude from the moment I arrived, which set a terrible tone. The doctor was late and then dragged out the appointment so he could charge a long appointment fee, spending time talking about unrelated issues rather than focusing on why I was actually there. Despite me explaining my history and what I had already tried, he prescribed me the same ineffective treatment I had used the week before.
