Been a patient of this clinic for 20+years. Always get the best care and advice from the doctors there. I never recall coming out of the surgery feeling down or disrespected. If I can’t see my doctor due to a very busy schedule I feel very comfortable to see any of the other doctors. Best clinic best doctors! The receptionists are the most courteous and helpful to people! Never had any issues with Pam as well! It’s not easy to work with the public… You are very well missed Pam and wish you all the best for future ventures!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this medical center. I called ahead to confirm if I needed an appointment to book a scan and was assured it wasn’t necessary. When I arrived, however, I was told there was an hour-long wait. The lack of clear communication and disregard for patient convenience is frustrating. If appointments are required to avoid long waits, this should be clearly communicated over the phone.

I know this doctors practice has a few mixed reviews but I can only assume staffing has changed- the 2 receptionists I saw this morning were incredibly patient and kind, getting out from behind their desk to aid patients that needed a little extra help. I’m also in 2 minds about mentioning the return of Dr Mary- as I really don’t want the secret to get out of how amazing she is! I have been attending this practice for many years now - primarily for two reasons - 1. Sue the receptionist in my opinion is outstanding - particularly under some pretty gruelling situations/environment - she alone deserves a medal 2. I am fortunate enough to see Dr Mary Kearney - I say fortunate because she is by far and away one of the few True Blue genuine GPs left in the industry - and for that I would travel anywhere to see her or wait as long as I need to have an appointment or a Telehealth - NB you will have to wait ... read more

I’ve been a patient of Dr Mary Kearney’s for 15 years and couldn't ask for a better doctor. Her medical knowledge is outstanding (she will pick up things other GP's have completely missed). She is a practical problem solver with the added bonus of a list of fantastic specialists in Sydney. Dr Kearney is understanding and empathetic to whatever your needs are, I couldn't recommend her highly enough if you're looking for a brilliant doctor.
