Great coffee. Sometimes a disconnect between the numerous staff and customers at counter.
I was hungry so I dropped in for a continental roll, after eating the roll I was not hungry and decided to write home about the experience. About a week later I received a letter in the mailbox responding to my experience, I was hoping for praise and approval for eating something because I was hungry but instead was berated for spending $14.50 on a bread roll with a couple of pieces of sliced meat, two slices of tomato, a lettuce leaf and a smear of relish.
