The hotel has a great location right next to the beach, that's the only positive. Here's what let us down: • Parking & Access: The parking is far from the rooms, and there’s no lift, so we had to carry all our luggage up stairs. I have been staying at Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel regularly since last year. The staff and location are fantastic and I've been fortunate enough to have a room on a higher floor each time. This time I was given a room on the first floor and it's much noisier. So I recommend booking, or requesting, a room on a higher floor if you need quiet and rest. That said, it remains my go-to accommodation place.
We stayed overnight to celebrate our anniversary and found the hotel was perfect in terms its location, access to restaurants and of course the beach. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and willing with their time and information. Overall a great experience.

When in Sydney I always stay at the Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel. The rooms are well sized and equiped. The staff are excellent and the location is perfect.
