I didn't remember that I got professionally ghosted one round already when I called them again. This large man showed up, I showed him water damage I believe is from the roof, he didn't get on the roof, and said he would respond with a quote by yesterday afternoon. I thought it funny how can you give a quote without getting on the roof but was in the middle of teaching a class so I wasn't thinking quickly on the spot enough to pry further.
