Dr Pushpa Yapa has been a helpful, professional doctor and made my experience at this practice a positive one. I also have had no issues with reception, booking appointments, navigating various communication with the local chemist for scripts.
Kind people who actually are interested in helping identify root cause of the issues I’m facing. Dr Yapa is very honest.
The staff were friendly and patient which calmed my usual nerves about visiting doctors. Doctor Pushpa Yapa was very understanding and helpful. I never felt rushed like I’ve felt from other places. I highly recommend this practice!
I am absolutely disgusted with the Dr I saw yesterday, I went in with my son who had been in excruciating pain, I presumed from an ear infection. She had a look and said they looked completely fine, a little bit of extra wax in one ear. He woke up this morning and his eardrum has perforated due to the infection and after being checked by another dr, he has told me both ears are actually very infected and the other is also bulging with fluid.
