Just called to the coober pedy hospital as was concerned about my wife who was just picked up by the ambulance and spoke with someone who told her name as Keith, am not sure a staff nurse or a doctor which she didn't mentioned but so rude ,coz my call was for the concern of my wife's condition and she passed the phone conversation to my wife even knowing that she was in so much of pain.what a pathetic service which I got from this so called nurse or the doctor which I am not sure. Extraordinarily unresponsive. My father who has Parkinson’s an and AF Needed to go to the hospital - no answer or response of any kind to buzzing at Emergency. No response when we went to the front entrance. We did see someone walk out of both doors though.

Extremely poor service, refused to help my co worker who has severe pain in his ears due to dust and debris from a major dust storm with 145 kms winds.

When to get a tetanus shot, after being referred to by Mala medical centre. Who could not give me one because their fridge was broken. They lost my check-in form then I sat in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours (no one else there)and received no medical care so I left. They must have found the check-in form because they sent me a bill for $150.

All the staff here are exceptional. My mother received in my opinion better care here in her final moments that any hospital in Melbourne I really commend them for going above and beyond.
