I didn’t receive the free oil change that comes along with purchasing a brand new Nissan. In the past I received 3 free oil changes with purchase of a new Nissan and was told I would receive that perk and the service provider said it was not written down and the sales person i purchased the car with no longer worked there. But they advertise this with Nissan and it is on google. So I don’t understand the problem.
My service advisor, Anthony, was very thorough and professional. He kept me informed regarding my vehicle's repair progress. The cashier was very friendly and professional as well. Though I hate paying dealership repair prices, my experience and the confidence in my service and repair was excellent.
My service advisor was great he took care of or my car and explained what he was doing. I will be seeing him soon I have more maintenance on the car. My car had a recall on some things but he took care of it.
