Bought and got a porch fitted by them, it was all good and nice till i paid for it on full, then all went down hill, 5 years later i still have to call them every winter to fix the leak in the porch, last Tuesday 1st of October, went personally to the shop to express my concerns about the same issue appearing every year and them not been able to solve it, got promised to be contacted by the team right away on the next working day, I will let you guys guess if the called me :) As mentioned on the shop, im afraid they will jus... read more

We called into Conwy Conservatories to enquire about a warm roof for our conservatory, we had a long chat with Adam with no pressure at all. We made an appointment for him to come and look and discuss our options. He was prompt, very professional again no pressure and answered all our questions without any hesitation. Would 100% recommend Conwy Valley Windows & Conservatories. Adam was extremely helpful when getting the quotes together, honest salesman and not pushy at all. The guys thats came round to do the work were very friendly, approachable, trustworthy and left zero mess. Quality work with fair pricing. From the very beginning of the process of refurbishing our old wooden conservatory we knew we were in safe hands. Adam couldn’t have been more helpful in the planning which made things so much easier. When it came to demolishing the old building and erecting the new structure it was completely painless.
