We absolutely love our new windows and Palladio front door from Conwy Valley Windows! The whole process, from first visiting the showroom to installation was so smooth and easy. Adam at the showroom was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He kept in touch regularly and confirmed designs and any changes we made to our designs. From the very beginning of the process of refurbishing our old wooden conservatory we knew we were in safe hands. Adam couldn’t have been more helpful in the planning which made things so much easier. When it came to demolishing the old building and erecting the new structure it was completely painless. We had a warm roof installed on our conservatory. Excellent service operated by true professionals. No high-pressure sales and advice is offered freely.
