Stopped in to see if they could help me with a headlight bulb replacement. The heavy set man behind the counter would not get off his buttocks to assist me. He said we’re busy, call next week. I took my vehicle to O’Reily Auto Parts in Flat Rock and they immediately replaced my headlight bulb. My father operated a barbershop in Rockwood for 50 years, he treated everyone with respect. Just walked the 3.2miles to pick it up and am thankful it's close enough to Gibraltar and they were kind enough to stay open the extra 20min. My concerns were all addressed and everything was working great again. He used used parts to the help me save big and they're reasonable about workhour fees. Thanks alot, Conway's!
