Very upfront and honest. I had an intermittent coolant leak. Conway went above and beyond to take care of this for me. They informed me promptly every step of the way. I would highly recommend Conway Auto!!
I used to take my mercury mystique there faithfully. They diagnosed the issue to a $170 relay switch instead of a shop that said it was the trans needing replaced, never went anywhere else for yrs till I started leasing. Now I own an older car out right again and will be going there again!!!
Whenever I have a car related issue, I go to Conway’s Car Care in Rockwood, MI. Service is outstanding, mechanics know what they are doing. They never try to sell you something you don’t need. Prices are reasonable and always less that a dealer would charge. I have taken a car there several times and never disappointed.
