We've used Kathy for a long time but we're taking our business to a new CPA after waiting a year for her to file our taxes. Every time we called, we were always told "she's working on them". We were told an extension was filed which wasn't true because we now have a $500 fine to the IRS for not filling our taxes. Extremely disappointed in her!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We were referred by close friends and are extremely disappointed. We have a very simple return. We submitted ALL documents requested Mid March. Was told it would be done no later than May and Kathy would file an extension to keep from having fees etc etc. She filed the extension but that was it. I called every month to check in and had the same responses from the front desk assistants that “she’s working on it” I even reached out by email to Kathy a few times and got the same answer of “working on t... read more
BEWARE!!! Kathy used to have a good reputation. Was told that she filed everything on time. Got an IRS letter notice of intent to seize our property....because it WASNT FILED ON TIME. We were lied too and very disappointed in the dishonesty. Won't respond in a timely matter. Has front receptionist always giving you the run around. Please go somewhere else!!!!
