The staff were friendly and laid back. This was nice until that same sentiment was applied once an issue came about. What little we had in our storage unit is now ruined. There is evidence of rats all over our things. Mold was present as well. We were just closing out our unit because we're moving. If you all have anything of value, which of course you do, stored here--get it out now! When approached about our stuff, we were met with non-chalant excuses and told to file an insurance claim. 100% recommend this storage facility. They have been absolutely amazing to work with and I wouldn’t use anyone else in Conway. The facility is clean and secure, the people are polite, respectful, and always helpful. I appreciate their service and coming from someone who has had storage for 15 years, can honestly say they are the best!!
