I want to say I picked this business based on reviews but I had terrible experience from start to finish. I did the meet and greet as I had 3 years of taxes that needed to be done..Gary started off by telling me my paperwork was done taxes and “how do you think the IRS got this information if I didn’t give it to them to complete” I again explained this was the W2 info the IRS has from the past years that I printed from my IRS account, 10m later he apologized agreeing with what I said. Stay Away from Conway Tax Return s, LLC. Gary prepared my 2025 tax return in which I had a a refund due me. He made a enormous error on my return in which he never included federal taxes I paid in which I should have gotten back. Now he had to file an amended return in which I have to wait up to sixteen weeks for any monies due me. Not Fair . And he's the Professional? If you were wise you should find your self another tax preparer. PS . He doesn't even deserve a one star for a review.Just a follow up from the owners respons... read more
