We haven't even gone on our train ride yet and I am disgusted with their service. I booked the trip months ago and had to wait until the day before the trip to order our lunches. I placed 12 phone calls and never reached anyone, plus their phone mailbox is always full. I placed a message on their website and sent a separate email trying to place our lunch orders. I never received a reply. So ... today, we either will or will not have lunch on the 4-hour train ride.
