Called yesterday about 1PM, was told I’d receive a call for scheduling something either that afternoon, not likely, or for tomorrow. Received a call at 8:57am the next day. I was just asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I wanted to but I’m going somewhere else. If you can’t call me back to actually schedule, why would I trust you to look and a possibly do surgery? The medical field could use a good training in customer service.
Dr.Howell operated on my right shoulder ro repair my torn rotator cuff, cleaned up some labrel fraying and smoothed off someacromium bone to repair impingement syndrome. Success all around! Done several years ago and still pain free.
Dr. Howell has done one of my surgeries and done very well. The conway urgent orthopedic is what I recommend if you need to be seen . Best Dr's ever and tries to get you in quick. They are really good with you and gentle. Not a long wait either
My sister being a bigger women was treated VERY wrongly here. She had a very bad wreck; a head on collision about 2 months ago and hurt her knee into her center console. Dr. Smith treated her unfairly and had a weight stigma lodged in his mind. He questioned her multiple times over her statements as if she were lying and she didn’t hurt her knee because of the wreck and it was ALL because of her weight. I’m posting because she is too kind to speak up for herself.
Great experience in the Ortho Urgent care. Fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They did a very thorough work up, very competent, and took a genuine interest in my concern. Would highly recommend to anyone needing Orthopedic services!
