My grandmother went to this urgent “care” clinic and I would not recommend them to anyone that actually needs treatment, especially on a Friday. They are in such a hurry and lack the ability to take care of the patient’s that trust them to help them. If you tell someone you will do something and help them, then do it! My grandmother was told she would have a prescription sent in and even called to verify that they would send it because it still wasn’t ready when she went to pick it up. I left my less than 5 minute appointment with Dr. Smith feeling dismissed, absent of a diagnosis, and without hope of any relief. This is far, far from the ideal patient experience. I do not recommend this place.

Called yesterday about 1PM, was told I’d receive a call for scheduling something either that afternoon, not likely, or for tomorrow. Received a call at 8:57am the next day. I was just asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I wanted to but I’m going somewhere else. If you can’t call me back to actually schedule, why would I trust you to look and a possibly do surgery? The medical field could use a good training in customer service.

Dr.Howell operated on my right shoulder ro repair my torn rotator cuff, cleaned up some labrel fraying and smoothed off someacromium bone to repair impingement syndrome. Success all around! Done several years ago and still pain free.
