I rarely write reviews, however the hoops I've had to jump through with this place are pretty insane. They send my prescriptions to the wrong place, then they completely lied about when and where they sent them. I have to call so many times to get through to a live phone call. The office is slow to respond to voicemails when they are working with people who have high sensitivity to seizures. If they drop the ball (which they almost have multiple times) then people with epilepsy won't get their meds in a timely fashion (leavi... read more

We came all the way to Conway from Clarksville and my appointment was cancelled they said they tried to call four times to confirm my appointment my grandma called them back to confirm it I stood right there and watched her do it and they still cancelled my appointment I'm pissed off that was a waste of money they couldn't have sent me a text to tell me they were cancelling but no communication something has to change I probably won't be back

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was having seizures out of nowhere they barely took time to listen to me and acted like my issues didn't matter and once I had the MRI I had to wait weeks for the Dr called me on the phone to tell me I had a brain tumor instead of calling me in for an office visit. These people are cruel and uncaring please do not use Conway Neuroscience center. They are heartless and I called over 20 times on several occasions to get appointment and referral info they will not respond please go anywhere el... read more

I’ve been with this clinic for several years now. Mrs. Elana Russell has came to my rescue more times that I can count. She always returns your call ASAP I’ve suffered from migraines all my life and they make sure you get the correct medication & actually take the time to find what works for you. I can’t express my gratitude enough for this clinic and everyone their works as a team to get you feeling alive again. 10 out of 10 recommend.

You people DON'T care at all about your patients . I tried calling yesterday, 10 times, and you wouldn't even bother answering. One time I called and you put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I had to confirm before 2 yesterday for my appointment today which was at 10:30 AM. It's really hard to do that when you don't answer. My boss even got involved and got a hold of a woman and Dr. Schluterman's nurse had the nerve to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for July 8th @ 2:45. The woman she talked to said ... read more
