My PCP sent a referral to this clinic six weeks ago. I have yet to be contacted about setting up an appointment. Considering that fact, and after reading these reviews I am now looking for another clinic to try. Can’t possibly be any worse!
Dr. Schluterman is the only physician to ever help my migraines. He worked hard dealing with my insurance to get them to cover many different treatments. I am forever grateful for his willingness to try any and everything.
Elana Russell and her staff force pregnant women to take a memory test and let's them know they are cognitively impaired after taking it. I do not recommend her! The clinic barley resolved my issue with her and the administration over this clinic is incompetent! Took me calling him out to get my issue resolved and I still don't feel satisfied with my care from this clinic!
I love the Drs., but, I have one complaint, like most everyone else it seems, you can NOT get anyone to answer their phone! Please hire someone to answer your calls, and leave the messages for after hours!! It is driving me nuts!
I rarely write reviews, however the hoops I've had to jump through with this place are pretty insane. They send my prescriptions to the wrong place, then they completely lied about when and where they sent them. I have to call so many times to get through to a live phone call. The office is slow to respond to voicemails when they are working with people who have high sensitivity to seizures.
