I was in there 6/6/2025, dealing with severe back pain and worried about my pregnancy. The receptionist was incredibly rude, talked down to me and initially refused to give me the proper paperwork I was promised. Just because I asked for it. Thier Er is a joke, don't go there. The nurses who took care of me in the back weren't that bad but that receptionist and the lady who eventually gave me my proper paperwork (she was rude too) was enough for me to never come back to the emergency department.

Please go to another hospital if you are in Conway ! I am a stroke survivor in my 40’s due to an arterio veinus malformation. I’ve been to quite a few emergency rooms since my stroke which also caused congestive heart failure. The conditions in this hospital are inexcusable. I was taken to the CT room for a scan because I was in fear of another stroke, luckily it was just the worse migraine I’ve ever had. Conway Regional is full of racism. I have called emergency and they refused to take my mother because I was taking care of her. Wrong answer. I am suffering from TIAs but since I was there, they did absolutely nothing. I have issues with TIAs that make me stroke issues and I am not able to take care of my Mom. But they had no problem leaving her at home for me to care for. Racism for sure. Didn't want to assist.

I wanted to gripe at first about the long wait time but after sitting here all day watching the staff work tirelessly and other people with more serious conditions than my daughters broken wrist, I just want to say thank you to the staff, nurses and doctor who took care of her. Thank you and thank you for all you do!!!

Husband having problems, went to ER on Wednesday afternoon. He was diagnosed, CT Scan and consulted by Doctor . Medicated, provided a prescription and released. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and described the problem, released us and all with a smile. Thanks to all of you on Wednesday, 11/27/2024 ER duty.
