Will not answer the phone
Things have changed over the last year. Patient services have become less than desirable. I have been trying to call for days. I keep getting this loop, "please stay on the line, your call will be answered in the order it was received." Well, I have been waiting this time alone for over 25 minutes. Really????? Are you really this busy????
Calls are always forwarded to the "our normal business hours are... Goodbye" message for at least 10 minutes after they open or return from lunch. If you're not gonna take calls, just change the hours so people aren't having to guess when you're gonna decide to answer the phone. Also constantly having to sit on hold just to get an appointment now a days. However, the nps and docs here that I've seen (especially nurse Neecie) are incredible.
