THIS IS BY FAR (THE WORST) EMERGENCY ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. IF YOU HAVE A REAL EMERGENCY YOU ARE BETTER OFF WALKING TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF LIVING. (DO NOT GO HERE)
I LOVE the care I get from the physicians and healthcare professionals. My low rating is because of 2 things that could be solved, AWFUL PARKING & Confusing Billing, the very worst.
The only reason I gave a 3 is because I was in the ER all night before they got to me and the ER wasn't very busy. It feels like they go too slow at getting to a person. Otherwise it's a great hospital.
My grandma is here. The doctors and nurses have been really generous and helpful. All of the nurses especially Lauren H. have been really kind. I appreciate everyone here for being so helpful with her. Thank you, conway regional for your care to my grandma. 🫶
Heather the RN from labor and delivery needs to get another job bc I told her I thought my daughter had appendicitis or it was her gallbladder. She said neither...and proceeded to say she wasn't symptomatic, but never even actually checked. Cldnt find the heartbeat...and got mad about it. But the other nurse didn't get mad...just worked with it. She even tried to condescendingly say she should go to ER not labor and delivery.
