Dr. Libby is the best doc here! Hands down. Wait time is horrible but I know ppl try their best & staffing in the front are nice!
I am beyond disappointed with our experience. What is so frustrating is that it seemed clear from the beginning that the hospital was not equipped to provide the addiction treatment we were seeking. Yet the patient was still checked in, blood was drawn, tests were performed, and a hospital bill was generated. In the end, we left without treatment, without a clear explanation of what the patient tested positive for, and without a meaningful plan for where to go next. We went to the emergent area and no one cared. The "doctor" was too busy flirting with nurses while the patient was literally writhing in pain. The nurse was extremely helpful, but she was the only one
