We were referred to CPAC to have our child tested for ADHD, Autism, and an intelligence test. Liz was kind, patient, answered all our questions about testing, and walked us through the costs. Dr. Mitrani was kind and personable. He was thorough and detailed in his reports, and made sure that we understood everything when reviewing the results. I was referred here to be tested for ADHD before I started back to school. It wasn't an absolute necessary thing. It was more for if it was an issue I could get the proper help before starting school back. The physician that referred me told me to get a quote before having the testing done because it wasn't a make or break. So I did. I spoke with Magen and she told me it would be a $25.00 co-pay per visit and that I would have 3 visits. Consultation, testing and follow up. Ok, lets move forward. I'm 30 and have never had access to mental health care, so this entire process was extremely intimidating to me. When I say Liz at the front desk was -exactly- the person I needed to hold my hand and guide me through this process, I mean it. She was patient, thorough in her explanations, and immensely kind. This place is such an amazing office. We were welcomed and taken care of beyond what I could expect. Dr. Kim is dedicated, educated, and worked so well with my toddler. Worth driving to Conway for the exceptional care and customer service from front desk to treatment and evaluations.
