They take horribly inaccurate appointment notes. Dr Howell performed an unauthorized survey including multiple procedures all of which were never discussed or explained what they even are and one of them causes permanent disfiguration and strength loss. It's so bad I'm filing a complaint with the medical board.
If I could give negative stars I would. My husband was there at noon (their supposed opening time according to their recorded message) was placed in an exam room after an hour in the waiting room, and was left there alone for an hour without anyone checking in him, making sure he was ok, or communicating with him whatsoever. Great visit for my boyfriend and I. We were on a road trip and my boyfriend had an issue with his knee and they took wonderful care us. Wish they were in our home state!!
