Been a customer with Conway National Bank for years. Whoever I just got transferred to today to help me with my online banking problems, decided to be extremely rude. Hung up without saying anything, immediately had an attitude, she ended up giving me the information I needed, which is the only reason I’m reporting 2 stars.
