I don’t recommend this storage if you expect your items to stay safe & dry. My mom rented a unit here & within a week the unit flooded on one side, getting all of her boxes wet that were in the floor. She had ruined bedding, clothes & art. After speaking with the owner (who doesn’t maintain an office on site) the day she discovered this, she received no answer during business hours. The next day the owner stated that because of the heavy rain he would not provide relief for damages. She only received a refund for the month. ... read more
