WARNING: The treatments from Dr. Conway almost killed my mother and I am contacting the CPSO to investigate. He prescribed metformin for my mom which dangerously lowered her b12 levels to the point of convulsive shaking, hair loss, muscle loss and negatively affected her mental state. Her b12 levels were not monitored and she was not given a b12 supplement or informed of this risk. Her health and quality of life was affected by his treatment. Worst experience with a so called Doctor that I have ever had. During Covid, it was only phone calls, but not with him, the nurse only. Never helped with anything and I found him rude. He accused my husband of not taking his thyroid pills, as his levels were low, never helped him. Now my husband is very sick with low thyroid and he is seeing a new doctor who is actually helping!
1 visit so far! Staff were awesome, Doctor was polite, efficient helpful and responsive to the question I asked. Although I offered, no payment was needed or accepted for additional aviation medical work to handle extra medical reports. (The aviation medical is a user-pay service for all pilots).
Great experience for my annual aviation medical. Was able to help me out short notice.
