Very disappointed that Conway sold to Kaplansky. I had aquired Conway insurance the second I got my permit and was so happy to bundle them when I purchased my first home. This past year, after Kaplansky took over, we transferred our homeowners. Kaplansky sent out an insurance agent to take photos of our property sometime in August.
