Conway Heating & Air Conditioning was super easy to work with. HVAC went out in the middle of the night and given the Texas heat I wanted someone out ASAP. Conway Heating & Air Conditioning sent out tech who was very professional and quickly found the issue. They were in and out in a few hours and HVAC is working again!
Lenox and his team were fast, friendly, and super helpful. They were very efficient, yet took time to explain the process to me and give me tips on how to maintain my ducts between cleanings. They went above and beyond in the air duct cleaning and even had to crawl up into the attic to ensure they did the job correctly. I will definitely be using Conway in the future!
Conway Heating & Air Conditioning's guy came out and attacked our gripe professionally and honestly. Their boss was in the area and still decided to stop by to aid. Great group of honest people to work with, highly recommended!
