The medical staff is excellent, but the office staff is the worst I have ever seen.
Excellent care and wonderful doctors. I loved Dr Kelly she was patient answered all my questions and was very caring
I've had a lot of really frustrating experiences with GastroAR. For one thing, it's really hard to take care of anything you need outside of an appointment (refills, questions). It's so hard to get anyone on the phone, and instead of answering a question, they've told me I needed an appointment, but it takes months to get in and some questions are more urgent than that. They've helped me some, and they're better than where I switched from (Conway Regional), but I'm not exactly happy with them. I don't feel like they've done ... read more
