Gastro Arkansas Conway was an absolutely wonderful experience. They got me in so quickly. Brian Jackson was so knowledgeable and he spent time explaining my situation. So thorough. Also I want to give compliments to your staff members.. Natiayan(Lab) , Ashley, and Kathy. Also the nurse who brought me into the operatory. Best office .. all around. Thank you all. Karen S.

I rarely write a negative review but I caution you to look elsewhere if you have been referred to Kelly Gibbs. She has control issues and does not like being questioned. She is unable to remove large polyps so you will need a second procedure. If you need her on an emergent basis (I was having a severe reaction to a new medication and called after hours) just go to the ER as she will wait days to return your call. And, the cherry on top.....she set up a referral for the large polyp removal and then cancelled it when I had to... read more

Had appointment 4-6-2026 around 1pm. I drove from Searcy County 1.5 hrs. After I arrived front desk told me doctor was not there and was at jury duty. She told me they had called me and canceled my appointment which was a lie. So I got in vechile and headed back. Got all the way to Clinton and they called me back an asked me to turnaround and come back. That it was a mistake and I needed to come back. I told her I don’t think I ever be back. Very impressed with GastroArkansas, Dr Stokes, and the Conway staff. I had a lot of anxiety about the procedure but everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend them!
