Primary Care Physician sent a referral and GastroArkansas refused to schedule an appointmnet for no apparent reason other that I had been seen at Conway Regional. What happened to a patient wanting a second opinion or not getting any better and you want to be seen somewhere else!! NO Just A Refusal to SEE the patient!!
Will not see patients seeking a second opinion for a major GI surgery.
The team at GastroArkansas went above and beyond for my appointment! All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and well-informed; They took their time to listen to my concerns, as well as give thoughtful responses that told me they cared. Even though they worked quickly, I never felt dismissed or rushed. Highly recommend this clinic!!!
The medical staff is excellent, but the office staff is the worst I have ever seen.
