Robert Rook is the best dr I've ever seen hands down. Truly the only dr that has listened to me and treated me like a human being. He has helped me with everything under the sun now and he always treats me with care and never makes me feel stupid or like he's the one with the degree. I'll go to him as long as I'm in conway and recommend him to everyone. The staff is also so sweet and there's hardly ever a wait time.

It’s a sad state in healthcare when you call a practice and ask if they are accepting new patients and the response is “What insurance do you have?” I understand some practices don’t accept certain insurance plans, but for the life of me, I don’t understand how the simple practice of professionalism has been lost in healthcare.

I used this clinic for years. Dr. Robert Rook always treated me with respect. He really pays attention when you are telling him what's going on with you. I wish the courts would take care of their duties, settle it and let Dr. Rook get back to work. I need my doctor back in his office. In my opinion that entire investigation is BS. I can tell you that when I was experiencing a great deal of pain and was taking hydrocodone, Dr. Rook told me it was not a good idea for me to take it any longer. He changed my script to Lyrica.
