Robert Rook is the best dr I've ever seen hands down. Truly the only dr that has listened to me and treated me like a human being. He has helped me with everything under the sun now and he always treats me with care and never makes me feel stupid or like he's the one with the degree. I'll go to him as long as I'm in conway and recommend him to everyone. The staff is also so sweet and there's hardly ever a wait time.

It’s a sad state in healthcare when you call a practice and ask if they are accepting new patients and the response is “What insurance do you have?” I understand some practices don’t accept certain insurance plans, but for the life of me, I don’t understand how the simple practice of professionalism has been lost in healthcare.
