Dr. Scott Wardlaw and all the staff I dealt with on the day of my appointment were absolutely amazing. Dr. Wardlaw and staff seem to really care about their patients. The only reason I gave a 3 star review is because the billing office is rude. I was not given a cost estimate prior to services being rendered. I knew I had a deductible and assumed that they check that and have the courtesy and respect of their patients to let them know that their costs might be over $1000. The doctors and staff here are excellent. The billing department lady is rude and incompetent. They changed billing methods, and then she accused me of not paying my bills. I have excellent credit, so She is the problem.
The care that my husband received there was excellent and his doctor is the absolute best. Dr Kakahati is the most compassionate doctor and is very good at explaining to his patients any information on their procedure.
