Excellent service! The electrician explained the issue clearly and fixed it without any problems.
They did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service. Thank you very much!
Overall, the technicians were nice. Explained everything and fixed the outlet issue quickly. Used Conway a second time. The office required a credit card payment before the tech would come out. When the Tech came out he wanted an additional $90 fee for the site visit. Really felt like Conway was misleading on their pricing and the tech was not on the same page with the office.
Conway Electric is a very professional company. I had a tv and swing installed on my back porch. Their appointment scheduling system is smooth and their follow up and punctuality is great. The work also looks awesome! I will definitely be using them for all of my future installation projects.
They displayed a deep understanding of electrical systems.
