Told me my appointment was at 3 then they called me saying I had to be there at 2 and had missed my appointment. Apparently if you and your kid are both signing up you have to be there for 2 separate appointments, which no one had mentioned whenever I made the appointment. The lady on the phone apologized for it and then claimed that they did inform that I had to be there an hour earlier which is untrue. I had a phone call appointment at 1:00pm 03/21/2022. When I called it said the phone was busy, so I called more than 20 times with in an hour trying to get ahold of them. When they finally picked up they said there was nothing they could do because I "didn't call on time". If you don't want to pick up the phone for a phone appointment you should not make phone call appointments.
