Called to have an appointment moved up to an earlier date and they scheduled the appointment. I got there and they did not have anything on their schedule and they were not able to follow through on the appointment due to their irresponsibility and negligence. Very unprofessional, I wish I could give 0 stars
Told me my appointment was at 3 then they called me saying I had to be there at 2 and had missed my appointment. Apparently if you and your kid are both signing up you have to be there for 2 separate appointments, which no one had mentioned whenever I made the appointment. The lady on the phone apologized for it and then claimed that they did inform that I had to be there an hour earlier which is untrue.
