I'm leaving specific names off of here. But I only had two sessions. The third one was rescheduled the day of my appointment (today) without my knowledge of any cancelation or consent of the day/time of the new one. I asked why I wasn't notified or asked for the time/date of the new appointment and was told that it's sent out on the patient portal and no other email/phone call are sent out to patients. Awful appt cancelled by them no apology nothing rude if client did that client would owe money. They are padding their pockets that is all
