Todd Beene and his staff always go above and beyond to fix our vehicles! Todd’s Christian values show thru in his work ethic and his morals. They have repaired four for us and everyone was done perfectly! They fight the insurance companies to get them to pay for OEM parts instead of cheap aftermarket parts. They keep you updated the whole time. We will not use any other company for our repairs!
When I needed a place to take my truck for repairs, I looked up this company and chose it for its solid reviews. However, their failure to follow through on what they said they would do, capped off with either a lie or at the least a show of significant disorganization, convinced me I needed to take my vehicle elsewhere. Conway Collision is a great shop to work with. The people are nice and professional and helped us understand what they were going to do. Most of the repairs were done with our car insurance and all we had to pay was the deductible.
