Don't hire these people! Conway & Company refuses to give me contact information on renters living in MY house! The have refused to send me the rent checks for the house because it is not deeded in my name (it is deeded to a trust for my profoundly retarded stepson). My late husband made me the sole trustee of the trust that owns this property and I am therefore the ONLY one legally entitled to the proceeds from this property. Without these rental income, the property will go into default next month!
