I had a very good experience purchasing an auto from Conway Excellent communication Very Fair price and negotiation I had a few pre purchase concerns that were fully addressed
Bruce is great and honest. His wife who works the front desk forgets to book the appointments half the time though. Better off booking somewhere else or you’ll end up being turned away from your appointment she forgot to book.
If you want to ruin your day, you are always welcome to take an appointment with them. From the moment, I walked in; the kind of attitude the lady was giving me left me quite stunned. I honestly wanted to ask her if I have met her anytime before in the past or if I have done anything against them for the kind of horrible customer service, rudeness and bad attitude they were giving me.
